Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The owner of any
private land may in writing authorise the Minister to declare that land to be
a permitted area for the purpose of this Act, and the Minister may, subject to
any limitation imposed by that authorisation, thereupon exercise the powers
conferred by section 12(1) in relation to that land or any part of that
land as though that land had not been private land.
