—
family order has the meaning given in the

prohibition order has the meaning given in the
Community Protection (Offender Reporting) Act 2004 section 85;
restraining order —
(a) has
the meaning given in the Restraining Orders Act 1997 section 3; and

(2) If an interim
control order or a control order is inconsistent with a family order or a
prohibition order or a restraining order, the family order or prohibition
order or restraining order prevails, and the interim control order or control
order has no effect to the extent of the inconsistency.
(3) Subsection (2)
applies whether the interim control order or control order was made before or
after the family order or prohibition order or restraining order.
(4) For the purposes

inconsistent with another order merely because the interim control order or
control order imposes a longer term in relation to any prohibited conduct than
was imposed by the other order.
