CIVIL LIABILITY ACT 2002 - SECT 5G

5G .         Application of Division

        (1)         This Division applies only in respect of liability for harm resulting from a recreational activity.

        (2)         This Division does not limit the operation of Division 6 in respect of a recreational activity.
