Western Australian Consolidated Acts The regulations
may —
(a)
prescribe a law of another State, a Territory or the Commonwealth that relates
to the examination of, and the obtaining of material from, people’s
bodies for forensic purposes to be a corresponding law for the purposes of
this Act;
(b)
prescribe an office in a participating jurisdiction the holder of which is an
authorised officer for the purposes of this Part;
(c)
prescribe an office in this State, or in a participating jurisdiction, the
holder of which is the Registrar for the purposes of this Part; and
(d)
prescribe any matters that are necessary or convenient to be prescribed in
relation to the registration and carrying out of forensic orders.
