CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION (IDENTIFYING PEOPLE) ACT 2002 - SECT 60

60 .         People not obliged to do procedures

                Nothing in this Act requires a person —

            (a)         to do an identifying procedure on another person; or

            (b)         to take a photograph, print or impression of, or a sample from, another person’s body.
