dentist means an individual who is registered
under the Dental Act 1939 ;
doctor means an individual who is a medical
practitioner within the meaning of the Medical Practitioners Act 2008 ;
nurse means an individual who is registered under
Part 4 of the Nurses and Midwives Act 2006 ;
qualified person , in relation to an identifying
procedure, means a person who is qualified under the regulations to do the
procedure.
