identifying particular , in relation to a person,
means —
(a) a
print of the person’s hands (including fingers), feet (including toes)
or ears;
(b) a
photograph of the person (including of an identifying feature of the person);
(c) an
impression of an identifying feature of the person (but not including a dental
impression);
(d) a
sample of the person’s hair taken for purposes other than obtaining the
person’s DNA profile;
(e) the
person’s DNA profile;
involved person means a person who is not a
suspect for an offence but who is reasonably suspected to have been the victim
of or to have witnessed the commission of the offence.
