Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may
make regulations prescribing all matters that are required or permitted by
this Act to be prescribed or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for
giving effect to the purposes of this Act.
(2) Without limiting
subsection (1), the regulations may —
(a) make
provision for and in relation to the conduct of hearings;
(b)
provide for the prohibition or restriction of the publication or disclosure of
evidence given at hearings;
(c)
create offences and provide, in respect of an offence so created, for the
imposition of a penalty not exceeding $6 000.
