Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A person must not
be required or authorised under this Act —
(a) to
furnish any information or answer any question that relates to proceedings of
Cabinet or of any committee of Cabinet; or
(b) to
produce or inspect any document, or any part of a document, that relates to
such proceedings.
(2) For the purposes
of this section a certificate issued by the chief executive officer of the
Department of the Premier and Cabinet, with the approval of the Premier of the
State, certifying that any information or question, or any document or part of
a document, relates to proceedings referred to in subsection (1) is
conclusive of the fact so certified.
