CLASSIFICATION (PUBLICATIONS, FILMS AND COMPUTER GAMES) ENFORCEMENT ACT 1996 - SECT 73

73 .         Sale of unclassified, RC and X 18+ films

                A person must not sell an unclassified film or a film classified RC or X 18+.

        Penalty: $15 000 or imprisonment for 18 months.
