CLASSIFICATION (PUBLICATIONS, FILMS AND COMPUTER GAMES) ENFORCEMENT ACT 1996 - SECT 6

6 .         Application of Act

                This Act does not apply to —

            (a)         broadcasting services to which the Broadcasting Services Act 1992 of the Commonwealth applies; or

            (b)         exempt films or exempt computer games.
