CLASSIFICATION (PUBLICATIONS, FILMS AND COMPUTER GAMES) ENFORCEMENT ACT 1996 - SECT 57

57 .         Division does not apply to certain articles

                This Division does not apply to — 

            (a)         a publication that is classified Unrestricted, Category 1 restricted or Category 2 restricted;

            (b)         a film that is classified G, PG, M, MA 15+, R 18+ or X 18+;

            (c)         a computer game that is classified G, PG, M or MA 15+; or

            (d)         an approved advertisement.
