Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts For the purposes of
this Act —
(a) a
sound recording is taken to be indecent or obscene if the words or sounds
capable of being reproduced from the sound recording are indecent or obscene;
and
(b)
publication, in the case of a sound recording, includes the supply of the
sound recording to any person or the playing of the sound recording in the
hearing of any person.
