CLASSIFICATION (PUBLICATIONS, FILMS AND COMPUTER GAMES) ENFORCEMENT ACT 1996 - SECT 128A

128A .         Registrar

        (1)         The Minister is to appoint a person employed under Part 3 of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 to be the Registrar.

        (2)         A person may hold the office of Registrar in conjunction with any other office in the Public Service.

        (3)         The Registrar has the functions that are conferred by this Act.
