Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may
appoint a person as an authorised person for the purposes of
subsection (2).
(2) A member of the
police force, or an authorised person, may without a warrant, at any
reasonable time, enter any place where the business of selling, distributing,
exhibiting or demonstrating publications, films or computer games, or
operating a computer service, is carried on and inspect any articles and
records kept on the premises.
(3) A member of the
police force who has entered a place under subsection (2) may seize any
thing that the member reasonably suspects is connected with an offence against
this Act that is found on or in the place.
