Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The chief
executive officer of the Department has the functions of the Government
Consumer Agency under the Consumer Credit (Western Australia) Code and the
Consumer Credit (Western Australia) Code Regulations .
(2) In
subsection (1) —
Department means the department of the Public
Service principally assisting the Minister in the administration of this Act.
