CONSUMER CREDIT (WESTERN AUSTRALIA) ACT 1996 - SECT 4

4 .         Crown to be bound

                This Act binds the Crown in right of Western Australia and, so far as the legislative power of Parliament permits, the Crown in all its other capacities.
