Where —
(a) the
casino licensee; or
(b) a
person to whom or which section 24(3) refers,
contravenes any
direction (notwithstanding that the direction does not have legislative
effect) made under this Act the person commits an offence.
Penalty: In the case of a person other than a body
corporate, $2 000; and in the case of a body corporate, $5 000.
