Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Chief Casino
Officer may with the approval of the Commission, by instrument in writing,
delegate to another officer of the Commission the exercise or performance of
any of the powers, functions or duties of the Chief Casino Officer under this
Act or any other Act or a casino complex agreement, other than —
(a) this
power of delegation; or
(b) a
power or duty of the Commission delegated to the Chief Casino Officer under
section 16 of the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987 .
(2) A delegation may
be general or as otherwise provided by the instrument of delegation.
