conveyance expressed to be in exercise of the power of sale conferred by this
Division shall, if accompanied by a statutory declaration made by a duly
authorised officer of the Corporation on behalf of the Corporation that the
provisions of this Division have been complied with, be accepted by the
Registrar of Titles, the Registrar of Deeds, or other person having the
custody or control of any register or public record relating to the land, as
sufficient evidence that the power of sale has been properly exercised.
