Western Australian Consolidated Acts Every notice requiring
payment shall —
(a) be
in writing and be dated and be signed, or purport to have been signed, by an
authorised officer of the Corporation;
(b)
specify the total of the moneys owing and of which payment is required;
(c)
specify the land in respect of which the moneys are owing by a sufficient
description of the land and the name of the registered proprietor in fee
simple or the person seised of the fee simple thereof; and
(d)
include a statement that in default of payment of the moneys specified
therein, the land will be offered for sale by public auction after the
expiration of 3 months from the date of notice at a time appointed by the
Corporation.
