Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts If any person liable
to pay money due for water supply charges fails to pay it within the time
prescribed, notwithstanding any change of ownership or occupation, the
Corporation may recover the amount of money due from the owner or occupier for
the time being of the land in respect of which the amount is due in a court of
competent jurisdiction.
