COUNTRY AREAS WATER SUPPLY ACT 1947 - SECT 61

61 .         Objections against, and review of, valuations

        (1)         There shall be no objection or review in respect of a valuation of land for the purposes of a water supply charge, except in accordance with the Valuation of Land Act 1978 .
