Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts This Act shall apply
and have effect in all parts of the State except that the provisions of
Division 1 of Part V, Part VI, and Part VII shall not apply and have
effect in that part of the State which is comprised within the Metropolitan
Area.
