Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) No person shall
remove, alter, repair, renew or uncover any pipe or other fitting which is the
property of the Corporation until the prescribed notice has been given to the
Corporation and the consent of the Corporation in writing has been obtained.
(2) No pipe or fitting
referred to in the next preceding subsection shall be subject to, or liable to
be seized or taken in, execution by process of law, or under any distraint.
