Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Corporation
may cause a meter to be attached to any pipe on land supplied with water under
this Act.
(2) When a meter is so
attached, the owner or occupier shall not receive a supply of water except by
means of the meter, unless the Corporation consents to its removal or to a
supply of water to a part of the land otherwise than by means of the meter.
(3) The Corporation
may levy the prescribed service charge for the use of the meter, and the cost
of fixing, removing or replacing it and its fittings whenever in the opinion
of the Corporation necessary.
