Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts When a notice or
demand under this Act is required to be given or made to any owner or occupier
whose name or address is unknown to the Minister or the Corporation, it shall
not be necessary to name the owner or occupier and the notice or demand may be
served by placing it on some conspicuous part of the land of the owner or
occupier and by publishing it 3 times at intervals of not less than a
week between any 2 publications in a newspaper usually circulating in the
locality in which the land is situated.
