Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Without prejudice
to the generality of that power, the power conferred by section 34 of the
Water Agencies (Powers) Act 1984 to make by-laws may be exercised for the
purposes of this Act with respect to the following matters, that is to
say:

For the prevention of the pollution of water within any
water reserve or catchment area.
[(iii)-(xi) deleted]
(xii)
Specifying the purposes for which and the persons or
classes of persons to whom water may be supplied under agreement, and the
general and special terms and conditions upon which water shall be so
supplied.
(xiii)
Prescribing the quantity of water a consumer may take or
consume for any specified purposes.
(xiv)
Fixing the level beyond which water supplied from the
water works of the Corporation may not be allowed to rise at any particular
place within a country water area.
