COUNTRY AREAS WATER SUPPLY ACT 1947 - SECT 104

104 .         Saving provision

                Subject to the next preceding section of this Act, the powers conferred by this Division shall not affect any other remedy of the Corporation for the recovery of moneys referred to in section 89.
