Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Any sale of land by
the Corporation pursuant to this Division, or any transfer or conveyance made
pursuant to the next preceding section of this Act, shall discharge the land
and all owners and occupiers thereof, and all previous owners and occupiers
thereof, from any liability to the Corporation for moneys referred to in
section 89 and then due to the Corporation or other moneys then due to
the Corporation for any purpose which, at the time of the sale or the transfer
or the conveyance, were a charge upon the land, or which were otherwise
recoverable by the Corporation in respect of the land, whether pursuant to
this Act or any other Act.
