of the Corporation or a duly authorised officer of the Corporation on behalf
of the Corporation shall be a sufficient discharge for any money paid on the
exercise of the power of sale conferred by this Division, and a person paying
the money shall not be concerned to inquire whether any money referred to in
section 89 remains due in respect of the land sold.
