Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may
from time to time make, alter, and revoke regulations for the following
purposes, or any of them —
(a)
providing for registry and procedure under this Act, and the forms to be used
for such registry;
(b)
prescribing the duties and functions of the Registrar;
(c)
prescribing the conditions under which, and the manner in which inspection of
documents kept by the Registrar may be made;
(d)
determining a scale of fees to be paid for matters transacted, and the
inspection of documents under this Act, including the fees to be paid to the
Registrar for any certificate;
(e)
providing for all other matters and things necessary for carrying out the
objects of this Act.
(2) Such regulations
may impose penalties for acts or defaults contrary thereto, not exceeding $40
for any such act or default.
