Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts All payments or
transfers made by the committee of a registered society, under the provisions
of this Act with respect to payments or transfers to or on behalf of deceased
or insane members, to any person who at the time appears to the committee to
be entitled thereunder, shall be valid and effectual against any demand made
upon the committee or society by any other person.
