Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) All moneys payable
by a member to a registered society shall be a debt due from such member to
the society, and shall be recoverable as such in a court of competent
jurisdiction.
(2) A registered
society shall have a lien on the shares of any member for any debt due to it
by him, and may set off any sum credited to the member thereon in or towards
the payment of such debt.
