society —
(1) shall supply
gratuitously every member or person interested in the funds of the society, on
his application, with a copy of the last annual return of the society for the
time being; and
(2) shall keep a copy
of the last annual balance-sheet for the time being, together with the report
of the auditor, always hung up in a conspicuous place at the registered office
of the society.
