CONSERVATION AND LAND MANAGEMENT ACT 1984 - SECT 80

80 .         Application

                This Part and the regulations made under it shall —

            (a)         apply notwithstanding any other Part of this Act, or any other Act; and

            (b)         bind the Crown.
