Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) An agency special
purpose account called the Nature Conservation and National Parks Account (the
NCNP Account ) is established under section 16 of the Financial
Management Act 2006 .
(2) The NCNP Account
is to be credited with —
(a) fees
paid for licences referred to in the Wildlife Conservation Act 1950
sections 23C and 23D(2); and
(b)
royalties paid under section 23C of that Act; and
(c) the
net proceeds of the sale of any skins or carcasses of fauna taken by or on
behalf of the CEO from a nature reserve; and
(d)
gifts, devises, bequests and donations made to the NCNP Account.
(3) The CEO may apply
money standing to the credit of the NCNP Account provided for by
subsection (1) for the purpose of scientific research relating to flora
and fauna.
