Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) There shall be
appointed under and subject to Part 3 of the
Public Sector Management Act 1994 such other officers as may be necessary
to provide administrative, professional, scientific, technical, and other
services to the Department.
(2) The CEO may engage
persons as wages or field staff otherwise than under Part 3 of the
Public Sector Management Act 1994 , and persons so engaged shall, subject
to any relevant industrial award or agreement, be employed on such terms and
conditions as the Minister determines.
