Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Notwithstanding
the provisions of the Financial Management Act 2006 , each controlling
body shall, not later than 30 November in each year, prepare and furnish
to the Minister a report on its proceedings for the year ending on the
preceding 30 June.
(2) The Minister shall
cause the report of each controlling body to be laid before each House of
Parliament as soon as practicable after its receipt by him.
