CONSERVATION AND LAND MANAGEMENT ACT 1984 - SECT 30

30 .         Remuneration and allowances of members

                A member of a controlling body, other than an employee within the meaning of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 , shall be paid such remuneration and travelling and other allowances as the Minister from time to time determines, on the recommendation of the Minister for Public Sector Management.
