extends, notwithstanding the Land Administration Act 1997 , to an
agreement with the lessee of a pastoral lease under that Act but any such
agreement is of no effect unless the Land Administration Minister has given
approval in writing to the agreement.
(2) Land that is the
subject of an agreement referred to in subsection (1) remains available
for use by the lessee for grazing purposes in terms of his lease, except to
the extent that the agreement otherwise provides.
