85 . Warrant (apprehension) where child not handed over
(1) If a person does
not comply with a requirement of an authorised officer under section 84 the
officer may apply to a judge or magistrate for a warrant (apprehension).
(2) An application
under subsection (1) must be made in accordance with section 120.
(3) On an application
made under subsection (1) a judge or magistrate may issue a warrant
(apprehension) if the magistrate is satisfied that the person has not complied
with the requirement.
