CHILDREN AND COMMUNITY SERVICES ACT 2004 - SECT 164
164 . When Court may transfer home order
The Court may make an
order transferring a home order to a participating State if —
(a) an
application for the making of the order is made by the CEO; and
(b) the
home order is not subject to an appeal and the time for instituting an appeal
has expired; and
(c) the
relevant interstate officer has consented in writing to the transfer and to
the proposed terms of the order to be transferred.
