162 . Judicial review of CEO’s decision
(1) A proceeding in
the Supreme Court for judicial review of a decision of the CEO to transfer a
home order to a participating State must be instituted, and written notice of
it must be given to the CEO, within 21 working days after the date of the
decision.
(2) The Supreme Court
cannot extend the time fixed by subsection (1).
(3) Subject to
subsections (1) and (2), a proceeding referred to in subsection (1) must be
brought in accordance with the Supreme Court’s rules of court.
(4) The institution of
a proceeding referred to in subsection (1) and the giving of written notice of
it to the CEO stays the operation of the decision pending the determination of
the proceeding.
