134 . Variation or revocation of interim order
(1) A party may apply
to the Court for the variation or revocation of an interim order.
(2A) In subsection (1)
—
variation does not include a variation referred to
in section 134A(5).
(2) On an application
under subsection (1) the Court may —
(a)
confirm the interim order; or
(b) vary
the interim order; or
(c)
revoke the interim order; or
(d)
revoke the interim order and make another interim order.
(3) The Court must not
take action under subsection (2)(b), (c) or (d) unless it is satisfied that
—
(a) new
facts or circumstances have arisen since the interim order was made or last
varied, as the case may be; or
(b) each
party consents to the action.
(4) The reference in
subsection (3) to each party does not include the child unless —
(a) the
child has legal representation; or
(b) the
Court is satisfied that the child has sufficient maturity and understanding to
give consent.
