CHILDREN AND COMMUNITY SERVICES ACT 2004 - SECT 131G
131G . Effect of responsible parenting agreement
(1) A responsible
parenting agreement does not create obligations that are enforceable.
(2) An action in tort
does not lie against the State, a Minister of the State, a public authority or
an official for any failure of a person to comply with a responsible parenting
agreement.
