Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts No action or other
proceeding for the recovery of any penalty, forfeiture, or sum of money in
respect of the breach or violation of any of the provisions of this
Act shall be commenced unless and until the plaintiff shall pay into
Court the sum of $200 as security for all such costs as may be awarded to the
defendant in such action or proceeding, and such sum shall abide the order of
the Court or a Judge.
