Western Australian Consolidated Acts Where an award made
under an arbitration agreement contains —
(a) a
clerical mistake;
(b) an
error arising from an accidental slip or omission;
(c) a
material miscalculation of figures or a material mistake in the description of
any person, thing or matter referred to in the award; or
(d) a
defect of form,
the arbitrator or
umpire may correct the award or the Court, on the application of a party to
the agreement, may make an order correcting the award.
