COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION ACT 1985 - SECT 28

28 .         Award to be final

                Unless a contrary intention is expressed in the arbitration agreement, the award made by the arbitrator or umpire shall, subject to this Act, be final and binding on the parties to the agreement.
