Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Unless a contrary
intention is expressed in the arbitration agreement, the arbitrator or umpire
shall have power to make an award ordering specific performance of any
contract if the Supreme Court would have power to order specific performance
of that contract.
